Mary L. Greenwood has practiced in Florida for 20 years. Since 1989, she has served individuals and families of the Tampa Bay area as a solo practitioner. Ms. Greenwood's diverse practice includes divorce and related issues of custody, child support, and division of marital assets; adoption and surrogacy law; estate planning, preparing wills and trusts, elder law, probate, and guardianship.

She emphasizes mediation and negotiated agreements over litigation, but holds her own in a courtroom to protect her clients' interests.
